For standard local repair work, the starting minimum is $125 for up to 90 minutes. Skilled diagnostic and controls work starts at $95 per hour. Larger finish and construction projects receive a written estimate after the scope is clear.

Materials are itemized separately, travel outside the core service area is approved first, and regulated work is identified for licensed-trade coordination where required.

Representative field work
Basement circuit, lighting, and control correction.
A recent project required more than installing lights. The work combined a new 20-amp branch circuit, additions to existing basement lighting, new motion-controlled fixtures on two switches, and correction of a neon advertising sign with its own automatic nighttime sensor that had been tied to switched power instead of a constant feed.
Added usable capacity
Extended the electrical system with an additional 20-amp circuit and integrated it with the required basement work.
Expanded existing coverage
Worked with existing fixtures and added lighting where the basement needed useful, reliable coverage.
Motion and switch logic
Added motion-controlled lighting while preserving two practical switch zones for the lights near the entrance.
Separated the wrong load
Moved the neon advertising sign to constant power so its own automatic light sensor—not a basement switch—controls when it illuminates.
